As a Senior Associate in Foundry Commercial’s Raleigh Office, Jordan Rives serves the Industrial Services Group after 14 years of working in the banking and technology industries. He currently synthesizes the market research and financial analysis required by local, national, and global industrial users to pursue and transact space in the Triangle’s growing industrial market.
Prior to joining Foundry, Jordan worked for management consulting firms Booze Allen Hamilton and KPMG where he specialized in strategic operations and technology systems development. His consulting career concluded assisting Bank of America and other Fortune 500 companies with systems integration, regulatory reporting, and business valuations services. In his most recent endeavor, he founded a nanotechnology company focused on controlling pathogenic microorganisms and improving health outcomes.
Jordan’s business development experience in the technology startup and multinational corporate worlds has enabled a seamless transition to the world of real estate brokerage. His domestic and global deal pursuits have provided critical understanding to the unique challenges and needs faced by entrepreneurs, manufacturers, and global firms in various stages of growth.
