Karl Hudson IV, CCIM, is a Partner at Foundry Commercial, where he co-leads the Land Services team in Raleigh, NC. He focuses on the acquisition and disposition of land and buildings throughout the Carolinas, having successfully completed over 370 transactions totaling more than $700 million and involving over 8,650 acres of land. Karl is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, and he holds the esteemed Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
A native of Raleigh, Karl graduated from Broughton High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Marketing from the University of South Carolina in Columbia. He began his brokerage career at Cassidy Turley in 2012 after gaining four years of experience in the marketing and research department at Grubb & Ellis in Columbia, SC.
