Maria Lombardi is a dynamic Broker Associate, where she specializes in representing office users and owners with their real estate needs across Central Florida. With a strong focus on creative problem-solving and contract negotiation, Maria helps her clients find optimal real estate solutions while staying ahead of market trends and data. Her expertise extends to leasing multi-story office buildings, managing a portfolio of approximately 6 million square feet of office space alongside a dedicated team of four other brokers. In addition to representing building owners, Maria has worked with companies directly to assist them with their real estate needs from find a new space or purchasing a building or condo.
Passionate about leveraging social media to elevate her career, Maria has successfully built a personal brand that resonates within the real estate community. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, bike riding, and scrapbooking, finding inspiration in the world around her.
Education
Maria’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from West Virginia University and a Master’s degree in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Florida.
Community Involvement
In recognition of her leadership and industry impact, Maria was named “Future Leader of the Year” in 2024 by Commercial Real Estate Women’s (CREW) Orlando Chapter. She has also shared her insights and experiences on prominent stages, delivering a TED Talk to 150 of her peers at Foundry Commercial’s Annual Producer Summit and addressing 65 women at Foundry’s Women’s Summit.
