Kevin Maddron Moves into Enterprise CFO Role
Orlando, Fla. (March 6, 2023) – As Foundry Commercial continues to experience growth and expansion into new lines of business, the firm announces today the hiring of Tyler Nelson, CPA to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Tyler will provide financial leadership, vision, and direction to help Foundry’s business continue to grow and improve. As Nelson moves into the CFO role, Kevin Maddron, CPA has moved into the position of Enterprise CFO and President of Healthcare, where he will continue to assist with long- and short-term strategic initiatives for healthcare and the broader Foundry Commercial enterprise.

As Foundry continues to grow and enter new lines of business – even amidst the challenging economic environment we see today – we are well-positioned to effectively manage our next phase of growth, and we’re excited to have Tyler joining us in the role of Chief Financial Officer to provide depth to our financial leadership team heading into the future,” said Maddron.
Nelson joins Foundry after having served as both the CFO and COO of Synthesis Health, Inc., an AI-powered healthcare software company focused on diagnostic imaging. With an extensive background in private equity funded ventures, Nelson also spent more than 12 years with one of the country’s largest senior living operators, most recently serving as Holiday Retirement’s CFO and COO. In that role, he was responsible for managing the finance and operational activities and overseeing the M&A, restructuring, and disposition efforts for the company. During his career, he has provided oversight for the global finance and accounting functions of large multi-billion-dollar organizations, and is particularly astute in technical accounting, financial reporting, budgeting / forecasting, and managing large teams of varying experience levels.
Nelson lives in Winter Park, Fla., with his wife and two daughters. They relocated to Central Florida in 2017 from Portland, Ore. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Azusa Pacific University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
