(May 12, 2022) – Foundry Commercial, a full-service real estate services and investment firm with offices across the Sun Belt, announces that Partner John Ball, who has worked with Foundry for nearly four years, has been elevated to the position of Charlotte Market Leader. In addition to serving as Market Leader for Foundry’s Charlotte office, Ball will continue to lead the local agency landlord office team.

“Since joining Foundry in 2018, John has been a critical part of the growth of our platform, stepping up to the plate whenever he’s needed to serve clients, nurture investment relationships, lead internal teams, and cultivate relationships in the broader Charlotte and commercial real estate communities, making him a natural fit for the Market Leader role,” said Paul Ellis, CEO of Foundry Commercial. “Charlotte continues to be one of the strongest and busiest markets in our platform, from office, retail, and industrial brokerage services to property and project management to developments in which our company and our partners are investing. With John at the helm, we look forward to many more years of growth and success in the market.”
