Weston Pointe, a 388,112-square-foot, Class-A office park located in Weston, Fla., was recently recognized for achieving the LEED v4.1 Operations and Maintenance Silver certification. The certification, which is awarded through the U.S. Green Building Council, ensures buildings are resilient from natural and unnatural disturbances via a comprehensive set of design and construction strategies.
